What AllBabyShops is

AllBabyShops is a directory of baby shops. We help shoppers find shops and contact them. We do not sell products, take payments, hold money or deliver orders. Any sale is between the buyer and the shop.

For shoppers

• Shops are checked before they appear, but we can't guarantee every item. Check the item before you pay.
• Pay on delivery or at the shop. Never send money in advance to someone you haven't met.
• Prices and stock come from the shop and may change. Confirm with the shop on WhatsApp.
• Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. Don't include anyone's personal details or children's names.

For shops

• The information you give must be true: your shop, location, prices and stock. You must be allowed to sell what you list.
• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, the photos, videos and text you add or that we copy from your website. You give AllBabyShops a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, resize and compress them on AllBabyShops while your shop is listed and for 30 days after you leave, so cached copies can expire.
• If you add your website, you allow us to read its public product pages up to twice a day to keep your listing up to date. We only read public pages, never anything behind a login, and you can turn this off at any time.
• You must never ask shoppers to pay before they receive or see an item, unless they choose to.
• Infant formula, follow-up formula, feeding bottles, teats, pacifiers and foods for babies under 6 months may not be promoted in any way (discounts, "best seller" claims, featured placement, adverts), in line with Kenya's Breast Milk Substitutes Act.
• We may hide or remove a shop or product that breaks these terms, after complaints from shoppers, or if we can't verify it.

Removing content

If you believe something on AllBabyShops uses your photos or breaks the law, email [email protected] and we will look at it within 2 working days.
