How we verify shops

Buying for a baby should never be a gamble. Every shop with the Verified badge has been checked by a person on our team.

Some shops are marked From their website: they haven’t joined yet, and their products, prices and stock come from their own website. Contact them directly and confirm before you pay.

Before a shop goes live

• The shop sends us a video of its real shop, showing the sign or building and the stock inside.
• We check the video against the shop’s address and map pin.
• Only then does the shop get its Verified badge.

After it goes live

• Every review is checked before it is published.
• If a shop lets a shopper down, we follow up. Shops that keep getting complaints are hidden.

How to stay safe

• Pay on delivery, or pay at the shop when you see the item.
• Never send money before you have seen what you are buying.
• Something wrong? Report it and a real person will reply within 30 minutes during working hours.
