Shoppers
- You don't need an account. Saved items stay on your own phone.
- If you use "Near me", your location is used once to sort shops and is not stored.
- We count visits and taps (for example "WhatsApp tapped") without cookies and without knowing who you are, so shops can see how many shoppers we send them.
- To understand which pages help shoppers, we use PostHog analytics in cookieless mode: it sees pages visited and taps, never your name or phone number, and stores nothing on your phone.
- If you write a review or report a problem, we keep your name and any phone number you give, only to check the review or help you. Your number is never shown publicly.
Shops
- We keep your account email, name, shop details, contact numbers, location and the verification videos you send.
- With your agreement, your shop name, contact numbers, location and product photos are shown publicly so shoppers can reach you.
- Verification videos are seen only by our team.
- When you add a product, its first photo is sent to OpenAI to suggest the name and details. OpenAI doesn’t use it to train its models and deletes it within 30 days.
